The Learn Studio team are highly enthusiastic, creative and innovative teachers whose lessons are always well planned, prepared and executed. They are mindful of children with barriers to learning as well as those needing extension and incorporate differentiated tasks accordingly.  Emphasis is placed on growing future fit children equipped with 21st century skills. Their teaching styles encourage critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and communication and they both have an outstanding rapport and level of engagement with their students.

About Victoria

Victoria’s academic and operational understanding of schools, schooling systems, curriculum and children’s educational needs ensure that whether she is in the classroom or management space, she will deliver exceptional work that focuses on the needs of the child. Her students admire and respect her and love the innovative educational environment she creates. Victoria provides a safe, fair and accessible educational space for all her students who respond by always giving their best and growing beyond expectations. Victoria is an exceptional professional and a warm and compassionate person.

About Megan

Megan is a dynamic and creative teacher with an organic ability to get the best out of her students. She has an excellent understanding of the content that she teaches and has the astonishing ability to be able to convey complex concepts in very clear and concise ways. She has always been known by her students for her approachability and her eye for detail.

Natalie Williams-Ashman

Learn Studio has facilitated our Grade 7 daugher’s home school programme, through face-to-face teaching sessions three times a week. Our daughter has flourished emotionally and academically, thanks to Megan and Victoria’s wonderful approach to education and learning. They ensured that the transition from a traditional schooling environment to the homeschooling curriculum was seamless and stress-free for our daughter and us, as her parents. My daughter, who is in Grade 7, has blossomed in English, Afrikaans and Maths since starting with Victoria and Megan at Learn Studio. She has developed a love for these subjects at school as she has gained such confidence through Learn Studio. By learning in a fun and safe environment my daughter is so keen to engage and ask questions when she does not understand. The patience and time taken by Victoria and Megan to ensure that everything is clearly understood is amazing. The smaller groups for learning allow for individual attention for the learners whilst still being part of a group. Sharing ideas and challenging each other in a group environment is a fantastic way to learn. Victoria and Megan are so enthusiastic and will bend over backwards to make things happen. The flexibility as a working mom who is always on the run is awesome and the ‘ladies’ as I call them are always willing to accommodate any changes. My daughter is a happy learner and loves going to Learn Studio for her sessions. I am so pleased that we made the decision to enrol her with Victoria and Megan – they have had a tremendous influence on her over the last few months.

My son James attended the Study Skills and Time Management workshop. He has always done well at school, but couldn’t see the point of making notes, he just read through his textbooks in preparation for tests. With Grade 6 being an important year for high school applications, I sent him to Learn Studio to attend the course. What a game changer! He started planning his studying on the calendar provided. He was far more organised and managed to make summarised notes for all of his subjects. I’m so grateful to Vicky and Megan for teaching these essential learning skills. He certainly would never have listened to me.
